Return Policy
Thank you for choosing CB Wheels for your OEM wheel and tire needs. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide you with complete satisfaction. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Condition Requirements:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Wheels and tire set has not been mounted on the vehicle.
- Items must be free of any installation marks, damage, or signs of use.
- All original packaging (if applicable) must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that show signs of being mounted or used.
- Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
- Items not in their original condition or missing components.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at sales@cbwheel.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Securely package the item(s) and include the RA number inside the box.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees (if any).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
