At CB Wheels, we aim to get your OEM wheels and tires to you quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policies and procedures below:
Processing Time
- All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
- Orders under 400 lbs: Shipped via UPS Ground.
- Orders over 400 lbs: Shipped via freight carrier to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Transit Times
- Transit times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method, but most shipments arrive within 2-5 business days after leaving our facility.
Freight Deliveries
- Freight shipments are delivered curbside. The carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery window.
- Please ensure someone is available to inspect and sign for the delivery.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Important Notes
- Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. If there is any damage, note it with the carrier and contact us immediately.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for all orders.
